Is this a medical test?
No. Span is a wellness product for tracking trends in your own data over time. It is not a diagnosis and not a substitute for advice from a clinician.
Do I really need to scan every day?
A single scan is a snapshot. Daily scans build the trend that makes the number meaningful, and a 30-second habit is easy to keep. You can scan less often, though you will get a coarser picture.
